I love to paint and I think decorating is much the same as composing a painting. Layers of colors and texture properly placed with perfectly proportioned decorative objects add form and interest. This execution completes a pleasing pallate that lets your eye rest. Proportion, scale, light and a mixture of old and new furniture exudes balance and comfort.
I don't always follow the rules. I like to uncover the heart and soul of my clients and create a space for them that is functional but more importantly aesthically and emotionally pleasing.
